I bought one for me and one for my wife. We put them in our cars for emergencies.
No emergencies yet April 10, 2008 carrollk (Kerrville, TX United States) 1 out of 4 found this review helpful
Everything seems to work OK, but 5 stars requires an actual test. I do think that SwissTech makes good stuff.
Compass does not work well.. did not meet my expectation June 27, 2008 Deepak Radhakrishnan (California) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This is a nice little product which I may use later...
Everything works except the magnetic compass.
The back handle is very tight and does not have rubber grip...so it slips a little.
Check all the features as soon as you get it so that you can return withing 30 days!
Beam me up Scotty. May 30, 2010 Gary C. Crockenberg (New Jersey) If you wanna carry around this thing in order to impress your TREK Pals, make sure you have large pockets. Maybe strap it to your head. It does a lot and I'll probably stash it in my glove compartment and use it when the world ends in 2012. I like it.
Keep your old flash light. October 23, 2008 M. Pecen 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I purchased this to replace the flashlight in my glove but found that the brightness of the LEDs is inferior. The radio button is easily pushed inintentionally. In an emergency, this would be better than nothing.
